Managing Director

Juliette has been at the helm of Smith Grayson since 2011. Originally from a financial management background she brings with her a wealth of commercial experience in quality standards, customer care, financial planning and management. Since joining Smith Grayson she has studied Horticulture at Diploma level and is trained in Tree Survey Assessments.


Contractors Manager & Tree Surgeon

Graham has worked in Horticulture since leaving school and joined Smith Grayson in 2007. He has an unrivalled knowledge and experience, a keen eye for detail and an extensive skill set which he has continued to expand on over the years by becoming a fully qualified Tree Surgeon.  Graham is a key part of our ongoing success, in ensuring that our work Schedules are met on time, every time.  His unrivalled understanding of grounds maintenance schedules makes him perfectly placed to lead our teams.


Supervisor & Tree Surgeon

Henry joined Smith Grayson in 2017 after graduating from Melton College in Arboriculture, and in just a few years has worked his way up to Team Supervisor.

A qualified Tree Surgeon and fully experienced in every aspect of Grounds Maintenance, his
understanding of what is required to meet our contract requirements makes Henry a key member of the team.

Chris first joined us in 2018 to work on a large Housing Association Contract, where he did a fantastic job. He now works across all of our Contracted Grounds Maintenance sites to ensure they are consistently maintained to our expected high standards.

Shane joined Smith Grayson in 2020 in the first lockdown after being Furloughed from Leicester
County Cricket ground, where he had been a member of their Ground Staff for many years.
He now works on our Grounds Maintenance sites, delivering our consistent high standard of service,
where he continues to improve his skill set and grow with the business.

George also joined us in 2020 in after being Furloughed from his career as a Chef he decided in a career change to follow in his Dad, Graham’s footsteps into the world of Horticulture. A very quick learner, George has really progressed in his role in Grounds Maintenance and is due to start his
chainsaw a tree surgery training later this year.
